Since the 1920’s, one of the most exciting aspects of Pilates is that it continues to offer a great workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. No matter where you are in life, you will most definitely benefit from practicing Pilates. Here are five reasons why you should incorporate Pilates practice into your daily life:

Spread Your Wings and Soar
As a Pilates student many years ago, I had a favorite instructor. I enjoyed learning from her and loved her personality, so I only attended her classes. Then one day, she encouraged me to “spread my wings” and attend other instructors’ classes. I decided to give it a shot, and I was amazed! One instructor gave me a new cue that made me love an exercise that initially I didn’t care for. Another instructor’s way of setting up for an exercise led to better execution on my part. I began to soar in my Pilates practice.
