Pilates Reformer (Advanced)
Advanced reformer exercises are added into Pilates Reformer class to push your Pilates practice to a whole new level. Prerequisites: one year of consistent reformer experience; no injuries.

Pilates Reformer (Restorative)
This gentle reformer class is specifically designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility while recovering from injury or surgery. Both beginner and intermediate classes available. Great for those who need extra care and modifications.

TRX®
Ready to push yourself? TRX® mixes traditional cardio with body-weight suspension exercises for effective interval and strength training. Challenge your endurance, strength and core stability with this fast-paced, sweat-inducing workout.

Zumba
Fitness set to music, because why not have fun while getting your cardio in!? This 55 minute class will go so fast and leave you drenched in sweat. ALL levels and abilities are welcome. We also offer Zumba Gold which consists of the same fun but with lower impact moves.

Ab Lab
Short on time and need a quick, effective workout? Ab Lab is an intense 30-minute, core-focused class designed to help you fire up and strengthen your core. Ab Lab is a great add-on to your normal workouts.

Strength +Balance + Core
This class is designed for all levels. You will be challenged with a blast of cardio interval-style strength and conditioning exercises combined with flexibility and balance work. Strength+Balance+Core focuses on hip, glute, and core strength. Progressive in nature, you will become stronger and more flexible while maximizing calorie burn. This class can also be helpful for injury prevention for runners and endurance athletes, as well as anyone wanting to improve their functional fitness.

Mixed Equipment
This class is designed to create over-all strength conditioning, balance and cardio. Each week will encompass a fun, challenging Pilates based full body workout. Utilizing a combination of equipment and props including…Mat Pilates; EXO Chair; foam Rollers; BOSU; Weights; TRX; Fitness Ball; and, Barre for a great workout that will keep you always guessing and guarantee fun!

Vinyasa Yoga Flow
This Yoga practice focuses on the synchronization of breath and the continuous flow of movement. Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. All levels are welcome as modifications will be given, however, the class will be strenuous to ultimately build stamina and overall strength. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of the studio’s mats.

Restorative Yoga
Relax, refresh and restore your body with gentle supported yoga poses. Learn relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to cleanse the body and mind of emotional stress, muscular tension and fatigue.
