TRX®
Ready to push yourself? TRX® mixes traditional cardio with body-weight suspension exercises for effective interval and strength training. Challenge your endurance, strength and core stability with this fast-paced, sweat-inducing workout.

Pilates Barre
Pilates Barre uses a variety of equipment to produce long, lean muscles without adding any bulk. Get ready to move, sweat and smile!

Zumba
Fitness set to music, because why not have fun while getting your cardio in!? This 55 minute class will go so fast and leave you drenched in sweat. ALL levels and abilities are welcome. We also offer Zumba Gold which consists of the same fun but with lower impact moves.

Strength +Balance + Core
This class is designed for all levels. You will be challenged with a blast of cardio interval-style strength and conditioning exercises combined with flexibility and balance work. Strength+Balance+Core focuses on hip, glute, and core strength. Progressive in nature, you will become stronger and more flexible while maximizing calorie burn. This class can also be helpful for injury prevention for runners and endurance athletes, as well as anyone wanting to improve their functional fitness.

Strength + Balance + Core (Restorative)
People with a strong core can hold certain core postures longer with focused attention on breathing and posture control. A weak core is associated with chronic back pain and poor posture. You may find it hard to hold core exercises for long periods. In our classes, you will for sure work in a restorative way to recover and increase stability and balance besides supporting a better posture.
Restorative Yoga
Relax, refresh and restore your body with gentle supported yoga poses. Learn relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to cleanse the body and mind of emotional stress, muscular tension and fatigue.
Yoga Stretch
Our stretching exercises focus on increasing flexibility. It relieves the tightness in your muscles, improves posture, and helps prevent injuries. Additionally to that – Stretching is a fitness regimen for the spine, muscles, and joints.
Any class we offer at ABC Fit Studio can be offered privately only for you – OR a semi-private with your own quaranteam!
