Get ready to sweat! Yoga Flow is a vigorous class that synchronizes the breath with continuous movements from pose to pose. The class is taught in the Iyengar tradition with an emphasis on proper alignment, safety and refinement of the poses. Every class is customized to appropriately challenge the students that attend, and each pose builds upon the next to advance the students’ strength, stamina and mental discipline.
Advanced poses will be introduced such as backbends, headstand, shoulder stand and full arm balance. The instructor, Liz Montagna, is a licensed physical therapist and a certified yoga teacher; she will ensure your safety by using props to accommodate any student’s limitations and customizing sequences as needed.
This class is best suited to students with Yoga experience and who do not have any active injury or pain issues. Advance your Yoga practice and challenge your body in Yoga Flow!
