TRX, or Total Body Resistance EXercise, is a suspension training exercise system that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It is a versatile and effective strength training solution for all levels and abilities; every exercise can be modified in intensity and resistance to suit your needs, whether you’re an exercise novice or seasoned athlete.
The motto for TRX is “all core, all the time!” which make it a perfect complement to your Pilates practice. ABC Pilates offers a couple different TRX classes for you to choose from:
TRX | Monday at 6 PM
This is traditional TRX with a burst of cardio. It’s the perfect class for those who are new to TRX and want to check out what it’s all about.
Pilates/TRX Burn | Thursday at 5:30 PM
Pilates/TRX Burn is a combination of both Pilates Reformer along with TRX modalities! Feel the burn while keeping your Pilates form going strong!
Our certified TRX instructors blur the lines between training and play, so come have some fun with us! Sneaker/running shoes and a smile are required.
