Although stand-alone Tower Classes aren’t necessarily featured on the ABC Pilates schedule, that doesn’t mean we neglect this amazing piece of equipment! Our instructors will often integrate Tower exercises within Group Equipment classes to mix it up and push your workout to the next level.
Tower-centric classes combine essential elements of the trapeze table to create a versatile, full body workout. You’ll stretch, strengthen and condition by incorporating the springs, Push Through Bar, and Brown Bar for a challenging workout you can really feel.
Tower classes are a great complement to your Pilates program; you’re guaranteed to leave a Tower class feeling stretched and stronger!
