Thank you for the great feedback on our studio survey! We read it, we heard you, and we have some BIG things in store for your 2017 class schedule. First up? Look for brand new Sunday (Yes, SUNDAY!) classes. Starting January 15, ABC Pilates will be open seven days a week so we can always be here for you and all your fitness goals!
Say goodbye to the dreaded “empty reformer in a waitlisted class!” In an effort to improve our waitlist system, clients must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid the $12 Late-Cancel/No-Show fee. It’s our hope that now when you’re eagerly watching the waitlist, you will get notification that a spot has opened up with enough time to make it to class for an awesome workout!
We understand that life happens and some cancellations are unavoidable, but if you are unable to make it to class, please remember to always cancel so another client can fill your coveted spot. iWe thank you in advance for your cooperation and respect for your fellow clients.

We know that working out and eating right is more successful (and more enjoyable!) when you do it with friends, so this year ABC Pilates is offering a Fitness & Nutrition Challenge to support our Members as they work toward their goal of a healthier 2017!
Starting in February, ABC Instructor Bethany will be leading a fun 30-day “challenge” for Loving It Members. Participants will receive a 30-Day Goal Guide filled with workout challenges, tips, nutrition guidelines, etc. and follow along all month long. The best part? You’ll join a private Facebook group so you can get daily inspiration, share recipes, and enjoy plenty of support from your fellow Challenge teammates. The Challenge will end with a celebration happy hour so members can show off all their hard work!
