Brush up on your “ABCs” and enjoy a little healthy competition by signing up for our “Back-to-School Fitness Challenge!” You’ll get two assignments each week (e.g. “Take an ABC Yoga class” or “Post your healthy breakfast in our Facebook group.”) Complete your homework and get a sticker on your in-studio homework chart! May 7: Pilates Day 2016 Event

Saturday, May 7 is International Pilates Day! Grab a friend (or two… or three!) and join us at ABC Pilates to celebrate. All morning long we’ll be spreading the Pilates love with FREE demo classes so everyone has the chance to experience the benefits of Pilates for themselves. And it wouldn’t be a party without some food, champagne, vendors, studio discounts and giveaways!

  • New to Pilates? This is your chance to see what this Pilates-thing is all about. Check out our studio, get a feel for the equipment, and try out a few classes… for free! All fun, no pressure.
  • Current client? You’ll also get a raffle ticket for every friend you bring along for a chance to win some extra special prizes!
