ABC’s Yoga classes are gentle workouts designed to accompany your Pilates practice to heal, restore and prevent injury. All Yoga classes are taught by our certified Yoga Therapist/Physical Therapist, Liz Montagna.

Yoga Classes We Offer
Therapeutic / Restorative Yoga
A therapeutic, hands on yoga class focused on alignment, safety and modifications with the use of props to accommodate the individuals needs. Taught by a certified Physical Therapist / Yoga Therapist.
Yoga for Backs
Ease your pain while strengthening and stabilizing your core! Guided therapeutic yoga poses are used to show you how to apply them to everyday activities to improve your body mechanics, posture and function.
Yoga for Athletes
Maximize your performance with powerful yoga poses that are designed to correct muscular imbalance from repetitive training postures and movements. Learn how to apply yoga poses to improve your flexibility, muscular balance, core stability, power output, and mental focus to gain that edge on your performance.
About the Instructor
As our resident Yoga instructor, Liz uses various forms of biofeedback and facilitation techniques to assist her students in gaining greater spacial awareness, motor control and muscular balance.
Liz is the founder of Yoga Physical Therapy in Orange County; for the past 16 years, she has been integrating her extensive knowledge and experience in the field of physical therapy with the therapeutic benefits of Yoga.
