I joined ABC looking for a yoga studio but found pilates was more of my speed. This is not just a place to exercise but an environment where friends come together to get fit, healthy, and happy.

I was first introduced to the Pilates Method while job searching during relocation from Toronto, Canada, to Los Angeles. Having worked in the fitness industry since completing the Fitness Specialist Certification Program at Orange Coast College, my passion for fitness and a search for a new challenge made me a natural candidate for the Pilates Teacher Training Program. Under the tutelage of Jill Cassidy at “A Body Prepared”, I was introduced to the classical Pilates Method and even got to study under world-renowned master teachers Ron Fletcher and Rael Isacowitz. Inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of my teachers, as well as the positive changes in my own body, I have since been sharing my love of Pilates. I strive to give my clients efficient and effective workouts, with a focus on correct form and technique. I especially love the challenge of teaching clients from all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I am passionate about sharing the positive benefits of Pilates, including better posture, flexibility, and strength to handle the daily stresses of life! I have been teaching for 28 years now. I continue to grow as an instructor by attending workshops and classes from many leaders in the industry.
Julianne Christy
Julianne discovered Pilates in 1998 and immediately loved its benefits. With a background in fitness, dance, and choreography, she knew a career in Pilates was the perfect combination of her professional and personal interests. Julianne loves working with all populations.
Her passion is to create a fun, safe session that will inspire anyone to work hard and achieve their ultimate fitness goals.

Sahar Tehrani
Athletics and sports have played a major role in Sahar Tehrani’s life ever since she was a young girl. Her involvement in organized sports started in high school, from volleyball, basketball, tennis, and football to squash as an adult. Sahar has professionally been in the fitness industry for over 20 years with an array of experiences, from personal training to club management. She describes her happy place outside of her family at a “gym”. When she’s not teaching fitness classes, she is a proud mommy of beautiful twin girls. Her other talent outside of fitness is ceramic instructor, who works with the elderly population suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She finds this work fulfilling as Sahar believes that the more active we are, the healthier our bodies and the sharper our minds will be.

Amy Cady, MFA, NCPT, stands as a distinguished figure in the Pilates industry, embodying the multifaceted roles of Master Trainer, Author, Coach, and International Speaker. Her holistic approach, blending mind and body wellness, is the cornerstone of her companies, AC Training and Seminars, and The Bella Scene, which collectively inspire a global audience through a philosophy centered on empowerment, self-love, and wellness. Amy’s dedication is evident in her trainings, workshops, and classes conducted at various colleges, studios, and community centers nationwide, showcasing her commitment to the Pilates community. As a certified trainer of the ‘Success Principles’, Amy excels in mentoring and coaching, guiding individuals to achieve their optimal life goals. Holding an MFA from the University of California, Irvine, she further enhances her credentials as a certified Master Instructor for The Center for Women’s Fitness, specializing in pre and postnatal Pilates, and also holding a Pink Ribbon certification.
